Full-Time Job Overview Wyredreams is seeking an experienced Crestron Programmer/Technician with a minimum of 5 years of Crestron Home experience to join our growing low-voltage and AV integration team. This role involves programming, configuring, installing, and troubleshooting smart home and commercial AV/control systems across residential and commercial projects throughout Southern California. Responsibilities Program and configure Crestron Home systems Install and troubleshoot Crestron processors, touch panels, and control systems Configure AV, lighting, networking, and automation integrations Commission systems and perform on-site testing Troubleshoot system issues and provide technical support Work with project managers and technicians during installations Ensure clean and organized programming and documentation Provide system updates and maintenance when needed Requirements Minimum 5 years of Crestron Home programming experience Strong knowledge of Crestron processors, touch panels, and system integration Experience with AV systems, networking, and low-voltage installations Ability to troubleshoot and resolve system issues independently Clean and professional work ethic Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to work on residential and commercial job sites Strong communication and organizational skills What We Offer Competitive pay (based on experience) Steady project pipeline Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing AV and low-voltage company Supportive and professional team environment Long-term partnership opportunities How to Apply Please send your resume and Crestron project experience to:
