AGEISS Inc. We are looking for a Project Programmer to provide on-site support at Schriever Space Force Base (SFB), Colorado Springs, CO. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Project Programmer will provide project planning, programming and engineering support for Facilities Sustainment Restoration & Modernization (FSRM), Military Construction (MILCON), project planning & program development, engineering/requirement definition and the planning & execution of in-house facilities projects. Additionally, the Project Programmer will perform as a Site Lead to serve as the primary on-site representative between the Government and the contractor team personnel performing tasks on the project.RESPONSIBILITIES
: Deliver project programming products that conform to AF business rules and policies. Support work order review board and other project information meetings. Complete programming actions for FSRM, NRG, MILCON, NAF, and ERCIP projects in accordance withUSAF/USSF
programming rules, UFCs, and DAFIs. Act as a project liaison to coordinate requirements with project owners, engineers, shops, and other stakeholders. Validate project scope, constraints, and mission needs. Use cost estimating tools to produce government estimates and assist with programming projects in Air Force corporate processes. Prepare graphic presentations, construction documents, schedules, and strategies to communicate with stakeholders. Track project status and summarize and present program and budget status reports as needed to leadership. Maintain current project data for assigned projects in required engineering databases, including NexGenIT. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
: Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a facility design engineer or construction project manager. Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership/management position, managing tasks of subordinates. Experience in DoD/DoW project programming and development of programming documents (e.g., DD Forms 1391). Knowledge of engineering principles and analytical techniques that support civil engineering disciplines. Ability to follow established project-related procedures and successfully complete established project milestones. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Successful completion of a National Agency Check with Inquiries (NACI) clearance for a Common Access Card (CAC) is required.
