Government Program Performance Program Analyst Location:

Washington, DC (hybrid: Monday/Friday WFH) Washington, DC 20230 The scope of this highly visible government support role includes Project Management, Point/Knowledge Management, and Administrative Management Support for a federal agency in Washington, DC. The Program Performance Program Analyst will provide project coordination, Point administration/knowledge management, and office administrative management support to ensure OPE office initiatives, information, and day-to-day activities are effectively organized and managed. The position will work with leadership, project leads, and staff across multiple teams and offices to coordinate projects, maintain Point content, track assignments and deliverables, and support routine office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and capable of identifying and escalating issues requiring management attention. Project Management, Analysis, and Coordination Project documentation, decisions, reference materials, and records within Point. Prepare project status reports, dashboards, briefings, and other management updates. Coordinate project meetings, including schedules, agendas, supporting materials, meeting notes, decisions, action items, owners, and due dates. Identify scheduling conflicts, overdue assignments, risks, dependencies, and other issues and escalate significant concerns to appropriate project leads or management. Support project leads with planning, documentation, communication, and coordination. Develop and maintain standardized project-management templates, processes, and reporting practices. Point Administration and Knowledge Management Maintain and organize content within Microsoft Point sites, document libraries, and lists. Support Point governance, information architecture, and content-management standards, including metadata, content types, views, navigation, naming conventions, and organizational structures. Conduct routine content reviews to identify outdated, duplicate, incorrectly classified, or obsolete information and coordinate updates, archiving, or removal with content owners. Help ensure current and approved documents, procedures, templates, and reference materials are readily available and consistently organized. Develop user guidance, job aids, procedures, and other materials supporting effective Point use and standardized information-management practices. Support ongoing efforts to improve knowledge sharing, information accessibility, content consistency, and user adoption. Office Administrative Management Support Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and other office activities and prepare agendas, notes, presentations, and supporting materials. Maintain calendars, schedules, contact and distribution lists, trackers, spreadsheets, Point lists, and other administrative information. Support office purchasing, expense tracking, and related administrative processes. Compile and organize information for reports, presentations, briefings, and management updates. Track office assignments, requests, deadlines, action items, and recurring activities and follow up as needed. Maintain office templates, standard operating procedures, reference materials, and administrative documentation. Coordinate with internal offices and external stakeholders to obtain information, schedule activities, and resolve outstanding requests. Provide general operational and administrative support as assigned. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, able to manage multiple priorities independently, and capable of identifying and escalating issues requiring management attention. Required Qualifications Requires a BS/BA degree in related field from an accredited university (or equivalent project management certifications) and approximately 7 years of related experience. Experience supporting senior leaders and multiple stakeholders across concurrent projects, programs, or organizational initiatives. Must have demonstrated experience using workflow automation, project management, and data visualization software; and coordinated with multiple personnel involved with the projects' activity to track assigned tasks and monitor progress throughout the project life cycle. Must have overseen project scopedevelopment, client engagement, adherence to quality standards, review of project deliverables, and project closeout. Experience coordinating projects, schedules, milestones, action items, deliverables, and management reporting. Experience maintaining Microsoft Point document libraries, lists, metadata, views, permissions, and content. Familiarity with knowledge management, document management, records organization, and information-sharing practices. Experience gathering, organizing, analyzing, and synthesizing information for briefings, reports, dashboards, presentations, or management updates. Experience developing procedures, guidance, templates, reference materials, or other resources supporting consistent organizational processes. Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Point. Strong organizational, communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams and offices. Desired Qualifications Familiarity with Microsoft Planner or similar project/task-management tools. Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, or Power BI. Experience with Point governance, information architecture, content lifecycle management, or site administration. Familiarity with change management, user adoption, or knowledge management practices. Ability to identify and communicate emerging risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and issues requiring management attention.
