They must be a proficient problem solver with specialized expertise in HVAC Controls and Building Automation programming, capable of designing, developing, and maintaining complex control systems. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions that enhance building performance and energy efficiency. Work Experience At least one (1) year of work-related experience in a relevant field (Robotics, PLC, Machining, Software) or at least three (3) years of work-related experience in graphic design. Basic understanding of HVAC systems and controls. Basic experience with programming languages or scripting (e.g., JavaScript, Python, or similar). Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision while gaining independence with experience. Additional skills preferred but not required One (1) years of experience as an HVAC controls technician or one (1) years of experience as an HVAC controls programmer. One (1) years of experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation, I/A Series, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara
