They must be a proficient problem solver with specialized expertise in HVAC Controls and Building Automation programming, capable of designing, implementing, and troubleshooting complex control systems. Additionally, the candidate should have a solid understanding of industry standards and best practices, with a commitment to delivering high-quality, reliable solutions in a timely manner. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to continuous learning and process improvement are also essential for success in this full-time regular role. Work Experience At least two (2) years of experience as an HVAC controls technician. Experience programming HVAC controls. Experience with Building Automation Control Systems such as Schneider Electric, EcoStruxure, I/A Series, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara
R2/AX/N4.
Experience with Building Automation Protocols including LON, BACnet, and Modbus.  Additional skills preferred but not required Five (5) years of experience as an HVAC controls technician. Two (2) years of experience as an HVAC controls programmer. Two (2) years of experience with Schneider Electric EcoStruxure Building Operation. EcoStruxure Building Operation Certification.
