Job Description
Adsync Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Program Analyst . This position will support the Naval Sea Logistics Center located in Pensacola, FL. Adsync Technologies, Inc. has supported the government contracting industry for more than fifteen (15) years. RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
The Program Analyst provides expertise in the support of processes, policies, procedures surrounding the eForms suite of applications.This includes:
- participation in program meetings, presentations, inquiries and action item resolution.
- analyst serves as the initial interface with external users capturing and resolving issues with the eForms suite.
- captures new requirements from the customer base.
- works with the Government team to present and gain approval for new requirements, and interfaces with the development staff on the implementation of those requirements.
- participates, leads or supports the testing of new requirements and fixes as they are created and approved for release to the production environment.
- creates and modifies existing documentation that describes how the eForms modules work and/or are enhanced to meet end user requirements.
- providing customer feedback internally on module operability.
- provides user level training on the modules.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT-related program, business systems, customer support, requirements management, documentation, testing, or related analytical role.
- Experience gathering, documenting, tracking, and communicating business or technical requirements with customers, government stakeholders, and technical teams.
- Experience supporting software applications, databases, workflow systems, or enterprise business tools. Familiarity with software development concepts, testing, or languages such as C++, Java/J2EE, Visual Basic, .NET, HTML/XML, PowerBuilder, or Delphi is preferred but not required unless required by the contract.
- Must have Security+ certification
- Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance or have held an inactive DoD Secret clearance within the past 2 years, and must be able to maintain required clearance eligibility for the position. Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent work-related experience in lieu of a degree, as permitted by contract requirements.
