LEVEL SUPPORT FOR IT, PURCHASING, AND ACCOUNTING DEPARTMENTS

Help our small business streamline tasks and bring processes in house to maximize efficiency. This entry level position will perform various tasks as an integral part to the IT, Purchasing, & Accounting teams. As a small business, everyone on our team wears many hats and this position will be expected to perform a variety of tasks in support of multiple departments simultaneously. We are looking for someone with C# programming abilities to support our lead programmer with developing, debugging, & deploying custom programs across the company. Ideal candidate will possess strong problem solving and time-management skills, a desire to learn new skills and help as needed, demonstrate the ability to learn and navigate new software quickly, be able to work independently and as part of a larger team, multi-task, and prioritize duties to ensure all deadlines are met. Candidates must have excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, draw conclusions, set priorities, and provide solutions to management.

Responsibilities include:

• Use Microsoft Excel to Compile, Manipulate & Analyze Large Sets of Data from Multiple Sources (
• Qualified candidates must demonstrate Intermediate - Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and have a minimum of two (2) years experience creating and using formulas )
• Adapt to Use Proprietary Programs to Complete Assigned Tasks
• Effectively Assist Lead Programmer to Develop, Write & Debug Custom C# Programs Developed for Various Company Processes
• Scrutinize Company Performance Stats to Identify Trends and Areas of Improvement
• Identify Areas of Improvement and Help to Develop Programs to Maximize Potential
• Process Orders, Pricing Updates, and Inventory Updates using Custom Programs and Various Outside APIs
• Work Closely with Internal Teams & External Partners to Identify & Resolve Issues
• Provide Support to the IT & Purchasing Team and Any Other Departments as Needed
