Temporary Assignment through Dover Staffing About the Role The SharePoint Program Analyst will support the Housing Finance Development Division by improving the structure, usability, and integrity of its SharePoint sites. This role works across multiple offices — including Portfolio Management, Housing Finance, Multifamily Lending, and Strategic Operations — to streamline digital organization and enhance operational efficiency. This position is ideal for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and highly organized individual who is comfortable managing large volumes of digital content and collaborating with cross‑functional teams. Key Responsibilities Audit and reorganize SharePoint folders, groups, and content Identify and resolve outdated, duplicate, or overly complex files Establish standardized naming conventions and filing systems Simplify navigation pathways and improve site usability Collaborate with staff to align SharePoint structure with operational needs Work with IT to obtain access, troubleshoot issues, and implement updates Support document digitization efforts , including scanning legacy files and organizing digital records Assist with optimizing the division's scan repository system for long‑term document management Required Qualifications Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from an accredited college or university (public administration, information management, business administration, or related field preferred) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Familiarity with SharePoint or similar document management systems Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams Preferred Qualifications Interest in public sector work , housing policy, or state government operations Experience with SharePoint site organization , file governance, or digital content management Familiarity with records management , document digitization, or archival processes Ability to analyze workflows and recommend efficiency improvements Why Work With Dover Staffing?
