We are currently hiring a Cross Bore Program Analyst in Joliet, IL.

JOB SUMMARY

Support the Cross Bore Program through data collection, documentation, field activities, and administrative support while developing a foundational understanding of cross bore safety and inspection processes. Key Job Responsibilities Assist with data collection, recordkeeping, and reporting related to cross bore activities. Assist with cross bore inspections and field investigations. Maintain accurate records of inspections and findings. Support established cross bore safety protocols and procedures. Assist with identifying and documenting potential risks or issues. Learn and utilize software and tools for data tracking and analysis. Provide administrative support for Cross Bore Program initiatives. Participate in field visits and training to gain familiarity with cross bore operations. Knowledge, Skills, & Attributes Foundational understanding of data collection, documentation, and administrative processes. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Basic analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to organize and interpret information. Ability to learn new software, systems, processes, and technical concepts. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to organize multiple tasks and maintain priorities in a fast-paced operational environment. Ability and willingness to learn cross bore program principles, inspection procedures, safety protocols, and risk mitigation practices. Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar business applications. Qualifications & Experience Entry-level position; prior experience supporting safety, compliance, inspection, utility, infrastructure, or similar programs is preferred but not required. Experience with data collection, documentation, administrative support, or reporting preferred. Experience working with databases, spreadsheets, or other data/documentation systems preferred. Ability to learn and apply established procedures, safety requirements, and program standards. Initial field visits are required for training and familiarization with the work performed in the field and to provide a better understanding of the Cross Bore Program activities the employee will support.
