Custom Marble, a rapidly growing, Family-owned wholesale manufacturing company, is seeking career-minded Stone Countertop Programmer who is driven, passionate, and highly motivated, to work in and around the St. Louis Metro East area. Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Stone Countertop Programmer to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating & reviewing precise and comprehensive technical countertop drawings that support our manufacturing projects, as well as programming our CNC machines to accurately cut and fabricate countertops. Your expertise in computer-aided design (CAD) software, Alphacam and countertop fabrication and installation knowledge will be essential in translating conceptual ideas into detailed, manufacturable, and constructible plans. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex projects ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Duties Lead project management activities as directed; communicate with customers concerning project details. Maintain standards by ensuring timely and accurate processing of engineering documentation that is compliant with appropriate practices. Prepare production programs using Alpha Cam software. Improve skills through training. Collaborate with customers and co-workers to translate specifications into precise technical designs aligned with project specifications. Maintain standards by ensuring timely and accurate processing of engineering documentation that is compliant with appropriate practices. Program CNC routing machines for countertop fabrication. Qualifications Proven experience in CAD drafting and countertop fabrication and installation within construction or manufacturing environments. Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear documentation and reports. Familiarity with construction processes and the ability to support field teams with detailed CAD drawings. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects effectively.
