We're seeking an experienced CNC Mill Setup Machinist or Programmer to join a growing team focused on producing high-precision aerospace and medical components. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys programming, setting up, and machining complex parts while contributing to a positive, team-oriented culture. What You'll Do Program CNC mills using Mastercam . Set up and operate 3, 4, and 5 axis Haas CNC Mills . Machine precision aerospace and medical components. Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T. Select tooling, establish work offsets, and verify setups. Optimize programs and machining processes for quality and efficiency. Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment. Troubleshoot machining issues and make program or setup adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Work closely with the manufacturing team to support continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For CNC mill setup and programming experience. Experience programming with Mastercam . Experience with Haas CNC Mills preferred. Experience with 3, 4, or 5-axis machining (5-axis preferred). Aerospace and/or AS9100 manufacturing experience strongly preferred. Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge. Experience using precision measuring equipment, including micrometers, calipers, indicators, gauges, and other inspection tools. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude, team-first mentality, and willingness to contribute to a collaborative culture.
