The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Lead Mill Programmer who wants real influence over how work gets done. This role offers autonomy, technical challenge, and the ability to directly shape programming standards, machining strategy, and overall shop performance. You'll be trusted to sovle complex problems, build efficient processes, and help elevate the capability of the entire team. Key Responsibilites Program complex 3, 4, and 5-axis CNC milling jobs using Mastercam. Develop efficient machining strategies and optimize cycle times for high-mix, tight-tolerance work. Set up and validate first-piece parts as needed to ensure process accuracy and repeatability Create clearn,thorough setup documentation that enables machinists to succeed. Standarize programming methods and tooling strategies to improve consistency and flow. Collaborate with setup machinists on best practices and technical problem-solving.
