This posting is for a full-time Oracle Cloud Harbor Functional Tester (Systems Programmer II). The Oracle Cloud Harbor Functional Tester will be responsible for coordinating the various Functional Testing Suites to run test scenarios for test-to-prod functional testing as well as quarterly patch testing for our Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications. This role requires familiarity with a County's processes, with a focus on quality assurance and user acceptance across Finance, Purchasing, and Budget modules. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a commitment to quality, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties/Responsibities Coordinate and execute Functional Testing Suites for Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion applications. Lead test-to-prod functional testing and validate system readiness across Finance, Purchasing, and Budget modules. Manage and perform comprehensive quarterly patch testing to evaluate and confirm functional updates. Collaborate with business users and functional leads to build, update, and maintain robust test scenarios. Diagnose, document, and track functional defects identified during testing cycles through resolution. Assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) coordination and support end-user validation sessions. Develop and maintain functional test execution plans, test scripts, and QA documentation. Work closely with technical teams and Oracle support to escalate, verify, and re-test patch fixes. Report test execution progress, regression findings, and quality metrics to project stakeholders. Examples of Duties and Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Experience as an Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion Functional Tester or Quality Assurance Lead. Understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion modules, specifically Finance (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets), Purchasing, and Budget. Proficiency in designing and executing test scenarios, regression testing, and test-to-prod validation. Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud quarterly patch release cycles and testing methodologies. Good customer service skills with a willingness to build positive relationships with users. Ability to diagnose and resolve common technical issues. Experience with automated or manual test management tools and defect tracking systems. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Oracle Cloud ERP/Fusion certifications are a plus. Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in mathematics, public or business administration, or a related field, including or supplemented by specialized training in electronic data processing, programming, operations, and methodologies; and two or more years of experience in telecommunications, computer operating systems, and database management.

The Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with major course work in mathematics, public or business administration, or a related field may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with four (4) or more years of work experience in Oracle Cloud ERP functional testing and quality assurance . This is in addition to the two or more years of experience in telecommunications, computer operating systems, and database management. Experience must still be supplemented by specialist training in electronic data processing, programming, operations, and methodologies.

Please note that the maximum pay for this Pay Scale represents the full proficiency of the position, not the starting range Candidate must work within a Sustaining Organization setting for an ERP Cloud Implementation.
