Job Overview Femdel LLC is seeking a Senior Crestron Programmer to support Tier III Audio-Visual (AV) systems maintenance and engineering at a federal facility. This role is responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining complex Crestron control systems across multiple secure environments, with a strong emphasis on rapid-response break-fix support and long-term system reliability. Duties Design, program, and maintain Crestron control system code (SIMPL, SIMPL+, VT Pro-e) for conference rooms, briefing rooms, and command/control AV environments Respond to and resolve Priority 1 service tickets within a 4-hour SLA, including on-call rotation coverage Perform scheduled preventative maintenance across multiple secure facility environments Integrate and troubleshoot AV control systems alongside third-party platforms (Extron, Biamp, and similar DSP/switching hardware) Support system commissioning, testing, and documentation for new and upgraded AV installations Apply and maintain

hardening and cybersecurity compliance standards on networked AV control systems Coordinate with the Program Manager and government COR on status reporting, ticket resolution, and schedule continuity Mentor/support junior technicians and maintain backup coverage protocols for personnel continuity Requirements Crestron Master Certified Programmer (CMCP), Platinum level Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Crestron programming experience in a commercial or government AV environment Working knowledge of AV signal flow, networking fundamentals, and control system troubleshooting U.S. Citizenship required Active DoD SECRET security clearance required at time of application (or ability to obtain/transfer one) Ability to pass a background investigation for access to a federal secure facility
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
AVIXA CTS or CTS-D/I certification CompTIA Network+ or equivalent networking certification Prior experience supporting AV systems in classified or highly restricted environments Experience with Extron and/or Biamp platforms
