Program Analyst (Acquisition)

Position Description You will serve as an Acquisition Program Analyst in the Acquisition Group, Commander, Fleet Readiness Centers of
COMFLTREADCEN.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will execute pre and post contract award activities using a variety of contract vehicles including enterprise multiple award contracts, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts, basic ordering agreements, and stand alone C type contracts You will assist the Fleet Readiness Centers in their sustainment mission by acquiring needed professional and maintenance services, supplies, equipment, repair parts, software licenses, and other end items. You will possess extensive pre-award experience to facilitate successful contract actions to include sole source and competitive contract awards and modifications. You will serve as an expert analyst in acquisition, contracts planning and execution, project control, management reporting and customer support. You will provide acquisition support services to stakeholders within the Fleet Readiness Centers and other customers utilizing the FRC procurement group. You will be responsible for post-award activities in support of contract execution to include contract performance surveillance, funds execution tracking, and contractual modifications.
