Machine Operator / Programmer This is a full-time direct hire opportunity

certified leader in custom engineered advanced tooling solutions in Cuyahoga Falls. In this position you will be working with state-of-the-art equipment combined with a talented workforce to perform programming for work scheduled and ensuring the proper tooling / proper material / proper set up items are available. 2

Shifts Available:

First Shift:

7am

•4:00pm (times can vary)

Second Shift:

3:00pm

•11:00pm (times can vary) Overtime included, typical work week is 50 hours

Pay:

$20.00

•$30.00/hour depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

Review the machine line up (schedule) on a daily basis. Retrieve data and create programs, as required, to maximize machine utilization. Perform programming with G & M code at the machine. Operate the machine(s) to achieve maximum throughput and utilization. Ensure parts machined match current data and meet tolerance requirements. Complete required preventative maintenance activity. Inform management of anticipated and actual completion times. Inform management of anticipated conflicts for future operations. Participate in activity to improve throughput or utilization. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

•5 years as a Machine Operator Experience programming at the machine with G & M Code Knowledge of WorkNC CAM software preferred Attention to Detail is a MUST Self-motivated to get projects started on your own. Enjoys working in a team environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills Must be willing to work the hours needed to complete job on time
