Position Summary The Senior Programmer/Analyst will participate in the analysis, programming, testing, and debugging phases of development of the application, database, other add-on, and custom reporting products. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Create functional program code to meet the user requirements and quality standards. Debug the system and make necessary program design modifications, as required. Collaborate with project managers, QA, and other team members. Attend planning and design meetings. Assist in troubleshooting the application. Mentor other developers as needed. Perform all duties in a professional, responsive, and collaborative manner with coworkers and supervisors. Project a positive, cooperative image as a representative of the company, providing assistance to associates, clients and other third parties whenever possible. All other duties as assigned. Required Skills and Experience S./M.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent 7+ years of development experience in PowerBuilder including the PFC Framework 7+ years of Microsoft SQL Server or another relational database C# or Delphi experience helpful but not required. Possess troubleshooting/problem solving skills.
