Description Responsibilities Set up and operate Manual or CNC Lathes and Mills

Lead shop operations and train under current foreman

Program/edit using Mastercam and Mazak conversational programming.

Read and interpret blueprints and GD&T

Perform offsets, tool changes, and adjustments

Inspect parts with micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Maintain production quality and tight tolerances

Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues

Follow safety and shop procedures Requirements 10+ years CNC milling / lathe experience and strong willingness to lead daily operations

Strong programming/editing skills

Ability to read technical drawings and GD&T

Precision measurement proficiency

Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Stand for long periods

Lift up to 50 lbs

Work in a manufacturing environment
