Full-Time Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Robotic Welding Programmer to program, troubleshoot, optimize, and maintain robotic welding systems in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with FANUC or similar robotic platforms, MIG/GMAW welding, weld cell programming, fixture/tooling, and metal fabrication. Responsibilities Program, modify, troubleshoot, and optimize robotic welding cells. Maintain weld quality, production efficiency, and process consistency. Develop and improve welding fixtures and tooling. Troubleshoot robotic, welding, and automation issues. Read blueprints, weld symbols, engineering drawings, and specifications. Support production employees with robotic welding equipment. Create work instructions, reports, and process documentation. Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing standards. Requirements High School Diploma/GED required. 2+ years of robotic welding programming experience and/or automation training. Experience with FANUC, Motoman/Yaskawa, ABB, Lincoln Electric Automation, or similar systems preferred. Knowledge of robotic welding, MIG/GMAW, weld cell setup, and manufacturing automation. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Experience with fixture design/tooling is a plus.
