About Us Cobbs Creek Healthcare is a data analytics firm that helps pharmaceutical companies make better decisions and improve business outcomes. Founded in 2008, our team of highly skilled data science and business experts serves top-tier clients across a wide range of therapeutic areas. What You'll Do As a Junior Data Programmer in AI & Analytics, you will help pharmaceutical companies develop customized data and analytical solutions, including web applications, desktop applications, data pipelines, workflow automation, and orchestration tools. Responsibilities Write efficient SQL in a variety of dialects. Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, including end-to-end ETL processes. Deploy code using cloud platforms such as AWS, Databricks, and Azure. Leverage AI and machine learning tools to generate insights from healthcare data and support analytical solutions. Generate visualizations using Python or JavaScript front-end frameworks. Become proficient in working with healthcare data and develop a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Qualifications We expect you to have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong problem-solving skills, an excellent work ethic, a self-directed approach, and a team-oriented demeanor. You'll also need programming skills in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript, database knowledge (MySQL, P-SQL, Snowflake, etc.), familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments, experience with version control concepts, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.). Familiarity with AI-enabled development and productivity tools is a plus. You should be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to ambiguity and change. The ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with coworkers and clients to imagine, design, develop, and deliver solutions is essential. Note:
New hires are required to be in office for 5 days a week for the first 6 months. After 6 months, 3 days a week in office will be required.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
