.NET Programmer Analyst 4

Hybrid Description:

The .NET Developer supports the modernization of an enterprise tolling transaction platform undergoing a partial rewrite using microservices and modularization. Work within an Agile/Scrum team and contribute to the development of backend services and application components using .NET Core and C#. Collaborate with solution architects, cloud engineers, SQL developers, API developers, and testers. Report to the Development Manager. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain .NET Core backend services and APIs. Collaborate with SQL developers to implement efficient data access patterns. Contribute to the modernization of the tolling platform using microservices and modular architecture. Develop new application features and enhance existing functionality. Participate in performance optimization efforts across application layers. Integrate with Azure-based components and cloud services. Support CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps or GitHub pipelines. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and deliver sprint commitments. Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience Experience developing applications using .NET Core and C# —

7 Years Experience building REST APIs and microservices —

7 Years Experience consuming and integrating with SQL Server on Azure VM environments —

7 Years Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices —

7 Years Experience with Azure DevOps or GitHub for CI/CD pipelines —

7 Years Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams —

7 Years Experience with Terraform or other IaC tools —

5 Years Familiarity with domain-driven design and microservices —

5 Years Experience with distributed systems or high-availability environments —
