Position Summary Provides day-to-day program coordination, analysis, documentation, reporting, and administrative support across Digital Health Pipeline and Strat Lab initiatives. Maintains accurate project information and helps the team meet recurring reporting, briefing, meeting, and implementation requirements. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, develop agendas, capture minutes, maintain action-item logs, and follow up with responsible parties. Support monthly reports, status reports, implementation dashboards, CRM reports, briefing decks, and project completion documentation. Collect, organize, validate, and summarize program, project, schedule, resource, risk, stakeholder, and performance data. Maintain integrated schedules, deliverable trackers, risk and issue logs, decision logs, stakeholder lists, and document repositories. Support needs assessments, market research, discovery sprints, stakeholder interviews, workshops, and pilot coordination activities. Track project progress, milestones, dependencies, resources, accomplishments, barriers, mitigation actions, and critical decisions. Assist with development of charts, tables, slides, one-pagers, and supporting materials for executive and stakeholder briefings. Support site-visit planning, travel documentation, event logistics, and follow-up actions when assigned. Perform quality-control checks for completeness, consistency, formatting, and traceability before submission. Escalate schedule, data-quality, stakeholder, or delivery risks to senior team members promptly. However, the Program Analyst, Jr. will be required to travel during the performance of this contract to attend meetings, conferences, and training. They may be required to travel to off-site training locations and to ship training aids to these locations.
