We're a trusted partner in the Electrical, Robotic, and Military industries — and we're growing. We're looking for a motivated Entry-Level CAD Programmer who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a future in manufacturing. Why you'll love working here: Training & Growth•learn directly from experienced programmers and fabricators Company-Paid Medical Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Weekly Company-Sponsored Lunches Team-Oriented Culture where your effort is recognized Stability•serving industries that demand precision and reliability What you'll be doing: Create and update CAD/CAM programs for CNC equipment Work with drawings, blueprints, and CAD files Collaborate with the shop floor team to ensure accuracy and efficiency Assist in optimizing designs to minimize waste and maximize yield Gain hands-on experience with metal fabrication processes What we're looking for: Basic knowledge of 2D/3D drawing software Familiarity with CAD files, blueprint reading, and Microsoft Office SolidWorks experience is a plus (but not required) Interest in CNC programming (experience is a plus, not required) A positive attitude and reliable attendance — critical for success here Willingness to learn about sheet metal, welding, and fabrication
Pay & Benefits:
