Experience Requirements MIG or TIG welding experience preferred Fabrication, machining, robotics, or manufacturing experience a plus Experience reading blueprints preferred Computer, programming, or technical experience required 3D modeling experience is a plus Valid driver's license required Job Duties Learn robotic welding programming and operation Perform MIG welds and complete weld testing requirements Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents Assist with fabrication and robotic welding projects Monitor production quality and make programming adjustments as trained Support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement efforts Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work in welding positions throughout the shift. Ability to lift metal components, materials, and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely wear welding helmets, gloves, and required personal protective equipment. Ability to safely work around welding equipment, sparks, heat, and fabrication machinery while following established safety procedures.
