As a CAM Programmer, you will support CNC machining operations through advanced programming, fixture design, and teamwork to improve manufacturability and efficiency. What You Will Be Doing Create and optimize CNC programs using Mastercam for milling and turning operations Develop tooling paths for new and existing parts with precision and efficiency Design and build CNC workholding fixtures for machining operations Design soft fixtures for secondary manufacturing processes and inspection applications Support CAD modeling and drawing revisions (Inventor preferred) Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturability and throughput Provide technical support for CNC machining and manufacturing processes What You Need for this Position Associate degree in Manufacturing Technology or related technical field (Engineering degree preferred) Minimum 5 years of CAD/CAM experience in a manufacturing environment Strong experience with Mastercam Mill 3D and Turning Ability to read, analyze, and troubleshoot G-code Experience with 3D CAD modeling, fixture design, and CNC machining background Preferred skills include 5 axis programming, dual spindle turning, 3D printing, and CMM inspection What's In It for You Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, LTD/STD, 401k w/ matching) and more!
