Job Description

7+ years of experience in programming and systems analysis. 3+ years of experience in Generative AI or AI/ML application development. 2+ years of experience in DevOps deploying cloud-hosted solutions. Advanced proficiency in .NET, React, Angular, Python, and SQL development. Experience with SQL Server, Oracle databases, and NoSQL databases. Proficiency in developing applications using Microsoft Power Platform. Experience in developing Generative AI applications, including RAG architecture and model fine-tuning; experience with Agentic AI is a plus. Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Experience deploying AI solutions in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Technical expertise in application systems analysis and programming, with the ability to create detailed design documents. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large and complex datasets. Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Project, Visio) and SharePoint. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
