Job Description Job Summary Insight Global is seeking a Senior Programmer Analyst to join their client's team in Richmond, VA. This role serves as a bridge between software development and systems analysis, supporting enterprise initiatives in a highly regulated environment. The ideal candidate will translate business needs into technical solutions, build and maintain .NET-based applications, and contribute to modernizing integration layers into service-based architectures. This position requires a strong technical expert who can independently problem-solve, handle high-pressure production environments, and support complex, interface-heavy systems. •  Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
•  Design, develop, and maintain applications using .

NET / .NET

Core

•  Build and support web services and API-based integrations
•  Work with Oracle and SQL Server databases to manage data structures
•  Support and maintain integration layers (including modernization efforts like TIBCO to services)
•  Troubleshoot production issues and optimize system performance
•  Work with real-time messaging and interface-heavy systems
•  Support web hosting environments such as IIS/Tomcat
•  Collaborate across cross-functional teams while also working independently
•  Apply analytical thinking and problem-solving to meet business needs and deadlines Hourly pay range is between $45-55/hr.

Standard 40hr work week with some occasional after hours support on a rotating basis. Skills and Requirements Must Have Skillsets:
