Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Programmer Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining computer programs, applications, reports, and databases to meet the needs of the business. Needs may include internal management, accounting, inventory, order processing, sales, and production.
Programming Responsibilities:
Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications and SQL databases in alignment with the business needs. Troubleshoot and resolve software related issues by identifying root causes and implementing fixes. Generate and maintain quality documentation for software applications and IT related processes. Design and maintain internal reports. Analyze and evaluate existing software applications to identify areas for improvement. Facilitate in the deployment and integration of third-party software and systems.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft C# and .NET framework. Experience in database design and Microsoft SQL Server. Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience with version control systems. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in software programming required. Experience with Microsoft Report Builder preferred. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
