Position Description You will serve as an
INTERDISCIPLINARY ENGINEER SCIENTIST
(GENERALENGINEER/ COMPUTER SCIENTIST
) in the Digital Analytics Infrastructure and Technology Advancement (DAiTA) Group, Integrated Battlespace Simulation and Test (IBST) Department, Battlespace Division ofNAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will lead the strategic planning, programmatic decisions, technical execution, and financial execution of a large software support activity for a government-owned, evolving synthetic environment generator, Next Generation Threat System (NGTS). You will support warfighter platform training, testing, analysis, and research and development. You will develop and maintain long range strategic investment roadmaps and plans. You will ensure quality software is delivered on schedule and within budget to customers. You will lead coordination with customers, users, department leadership, project management team, software developers, testers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).
