In addition to the Basic Requirements, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DP-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate duties related to the following: 1) Directing the day-to-day operations and mission execution of complex digital ranges or simulation facilities to support multi-discipline test and evaluation events; 2) Leading the technical baseline software development, modeling, and verification and validation (V&V) activities for real-time synthetic test environments; 3) Formulating strategic modernization plans, technical specifications, and system architecture upgrades for integrated simulation infrastructures; 4) Leading cross-functional engineering teams and coordinating operational requirements with external technical stakeholders and customer organizations; 5) Evaluating complex, multi-spectral environment generation and integrating simulator assets for advanced system-under-test applications.
