Learn more about this agency Duties Help Develop and maintain business, systems, and information processes to support enterprise mission needs, including IT rules and requirements for baseline and target architectures. Direct comprehensive analyses to define and implement strategic efforts supporting on-premise and off-premise cloud infrastructure operations. Perform needs analyses and consult with customers and vendors to define requirements for new or improved business process solutions and emerging technologies. Provide authoritative technical advice and assistance to system administrators, cybersecurity engineers, and managers on existing and future service offerings and their sustainment. Analyze and identify potential risk areas when implementing hardware changes and modifications to operational support models. Qualifying Experience:

To qualify at the GG-14, your resume must describe at least one year of experience that demonstrates the competencies necessary for immediate success in the position. Experience refers to any paid or unpaid experience, including volunteer work and Military service, that would be considered equivalent to work normally performed at the next lower grade level in the federal service. For this position, qualifying experience is defined as: Experience in networking; advising on and developing IT policies for enterprise architecture, systems planning, and lifecycle management; analyzing IT systems to define strategic requirements for on-premise and cloud infrastructures; or evaluating IT systems to identify and manage risks from changes to hardware and operational support models.
