Overview Mentoring & Behavioral Services is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Specialist with JavaScript experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support, troubleshoot technology issues, assist with software development and automation, and help maintain and improve our internal systems.

On-site Responsibilities Develop and maintain web applications using JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and SCSS or Sass. Troubleshoot application issues and support scalable software development across the software development life cycle. Provide technical support to staff and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues. Support the maintenance and improvement of internal databases and digital systems. Identify opportunities to streamline processes through technology. Maintain system security, data integrity, and appropriate access controls. Document technical procedures and provide staff training as needed.

Experience Essential:

Practical JavaScript experience, familiarity with front-end development, HTML and CSS, and experience building or supporting web applications. Familiarity with data visualization, e-commerce, SEO, accessibility, and responsive design is an advantage. Experience troubleshooting computers, software, networks, and common technical issues. Qualifications Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
