Job Description

1. IT Cyber Security Engineer ■
Position Title :
IT Cyber Security Engineer ■
Salary :
$65,000-$90,000/year ■
General Responsibilities :
Manage and maintain IT security systems and policies, including EPP, DLP, Web Security, CASB, and related solutions. Oversee Operational Technology (OT) security and protect Industrial Control Systems (ICS). Administer and operate email security systems and endpoint security solutions. Develop and maintain corporate security policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Document and report security audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Implement and monitor access control and identity management policies across IT and OT systems. Provide incident response and mitigation strategies in case of security breaches. Perform regular IT and OT security assessments and vulnerability analyses. Apply security patches and updates to protect systems from potential threats. Stay updated on the latest security threats and technologies. Perform other duties as assigned. ■
Qualifications :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Preferred Qualifications :

Position Title :
Quality Assurance Specialist ■
Salary :
$60,000/year ■
General Responsibilities :
Report process issues through the tracking system and document steps to recreate identified issues. Develop and maintain KPIs and support data collection systems. Create, maintain, and manage quality-related documentation and ERP records, including Quality Investigation Reports, NCMs, NCRs, Eagle Eye, and Weekly Performance Reports. Organize and participate in technical meetings, DRM meetings, customer audits, inspections, and other quality activities. Prepare daily QA/QC reports regarding inspections, materials, and nonconformance issues. Prepare weekly surveillance and nonconformance reports and verify corrective actions. Ensure work is performed according to approved method statements and drawings. Support preparation of final handover documents and other quality management documentation. Assist with and coordinate equipment calibration processes. Manage the Quality Task Force Team as instructed by the Quality Manager. Conduct QA process training for other departments. Coordinate training plans and monitor effectiveness. Monitor and measure quality objectives and KPIs. Collaborate with engineers, shop supervisors, sales, purchasing, and other departments. Travel domestically or internationally as necessary. Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary. Perform other duties as defined by the direct supervisor or manager. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and lift objects up to 50 lbs. Troubleshooting and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to quickly adapt to changes in direction. ■
Preferred Qualifications :
0-2 years of experience in manufacturing and/or quality management. Background in quality control and/or manufacturing industries. Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred. CQA certification preferred. Bachelor's degree in a STEM major preferred. Experience coordinating multiple calibration services with service providers. Familiarity with product/project schedules and quality hold points. Ability to create inspection, work, and testing procedure standards from customer specifications and limited documentation. Knowledge of 5S methodology. Understanding of QA, inspection, RCA, and defect management processes. Understanding of

General Responsibilities :
Conduct routine electrical tests on power transformers, including ratio, winding resistance, temperature rise, dielectric, and SFRA testing. Assist with test setup, equipment operation, and result documentation. Monitor real-time test data and escalate anomalies to senior engineers. Follow IEEE standards in test execution. Create test plans (ITP), NCRs, and NCMs. Support test report preparation and maintain accurate records. Communicate with internal teams to ensure testing readiness and timelines. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized test environment. Continuously learn and adapt to new procedures and customer requirements. ■
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. 0-3 years of experience in transformer or electrical equipment testing. Basic understanding of electrical measurements and diagnostic tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Effective teamwork and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office and related systems such as SAP, Excel, and Workday. Willingness to work in a factory environment and adapt to dynamic schedules. 4. Electrical Design Engineer ■

Prepare and review design documentation, including drawings, technical specifications, test plans, and BOMs. Collaborate with mechanical, quality, testing, and manufacturing teams to ensure design feasibility and manufacturability. Provide technical support during transformer assembly, testing, and troubleshooting. Support customer inquiries, design reviews, and technical clarifications. ■

Facility & Asset Management Manage procurement and inventory of office supplies and equipment. Maintain and manage company vehicles, including maintenance scheduling. Manage office furniture and breakroom equipment. Event & Welfare Support Plan and execute internal and external corporate events. Support executive protocol. Handle purchasing related to corporate events. Expense Management Process and report general affairs expenses, including utilities, rentals, and office supplies. Manage vendors and support new vendor sourcing and contract negotiations. ■
Qualifications :
