Troy - T01 Job Summary The Information Technology Specialist I position in Information Technology is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining hardware; providing advanced support for a wide variety of software applications; and completing helpdesk requests in a timely manner in a high-paced environment. Minimum Qualifications 1. Bachelor's degree in a related field, OR a minimum of one to two years of related work experience Preferred Qualifications 1. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures with PC repair. Will this position require driving (personal vehicle, university vehicle, utility vehicle, or golf cart) in order to perform the job duties?
