This role responsible for providing Level 1 and Level 2 support for end-user technology, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and service requests while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role supports Modern Workspace technologies including Microsoft 365, Teams, Intune, Windows devices, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and endpoint management solutions. The technician will work closely with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Security, and Modern Workspace engineering teams to maintain a secure, productive, and reliable digital workplace. The role includes ticket management, troubleshooting, user onboarding/offboarding, device provisioning, and escalation of complex issues when required.
