Job Description

Job Description The Intern, Employee Experience works directly with employees as a first line of support for various internal customer needs as they relate to employee feedback systems, specifically employee surveys. Support can occur by email, phone, in person, or Microsoft Teams. This position ensures all support requests and user issues are appropriately tracked and communicated to generate metrics that drive improvements in the employee experience. Responsibilities Collaborate with the employee feedback team to conduct and facilitate surveys, ensuring the quality and delivery of surveys. Handle employee support requests with excellence and integrity, escalating to the appropriate areas when needed. Help troubleshoot and properly escalate vendor site issues, survey process issues or opportunities for improvement. Track support metrics diligently to build a database of common questions and employee experience insights. Collaborate and build relationships with other departments. Assist with the design and deployment of system solutions that solve common support questions. Identify areas of support that could potentially be automated through cognitive chat, phone, and email channels. Demonstrate accuracy and productivity in a fast-paced environment. Other duties and projects, as assigned.
Requirements Education:
Pursuing Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science or Business.
Experience:
1 year experience with employee and/or customer support, preferred
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

This is a part-time position and will work up to 29 hours per week. Work hours generally fall between 7:30am - 5:30pm, Monday - Friday with irregular hours depending on workload. Schedule will vary based on the student's school schedule.
