IT Field Service Technician Open Systems, Inc. - 4.7 Chandler, AZ Job Details Contract $17 - $18 an hour 3 hours ago Benefits 401(k) Qualifications Field service Customer service IT auditing Receiving shipments Handling customer service requests Full Job Description Job Summary Candidate will be part of onsite team maintaining network environments (Office, Lab, Datacenter, IT comm rooms, Factory) in support of Layer 1 physical touch (Smart Hands) support. Primary role as L2 will consist of Asset Management, Material Inventory, Receiving and material transfers of network devices/components, RMA's, Monthly & Quarterly IT Room Audits, and fulfilling customer Service Requests.
Pay:
$17.00 - $18.00 per hour
