SUMMARY Incumbents require knowledge of various computer types, operating systems, phone, cell phones, networks, and servers. Incumbents are responsible for providing on-site and phone support in addressing specific issues or problems. Incumbents also are responsible for performing installations and upgrades, conducting testing of routine applications, and maintaining PC inventory and supplies. EDUCATION and/or

EXPERIENCE

Associate's degree and two years of IT support experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed in the job description. Additional education cannot be substituted for experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Must have at the time of hire and be able to maintain a valid Arizona driver license.
