Ryan Griffin rgirffin@judge.com IT Support Analyst I We're looking for an IT Support Analyst I to join a growing Field IT team supporting shop operations across multiple locations. In this role, you'll serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, helping employees quickly resolve system, network, and Point of Sale (POS) challenges so they can stay focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience.
What You'll Do:
Provide Tier 1/Tier 2 support for POS systems, receipt printers, networks, mobile devices, and end-user technology. Respond to, prioritize, troubleshoot, and resolve support requests from field employees. Manage incidents through completion, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution. Troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, and Wi-Fi connectivity issues in remote environments. Escalate and coordinate with internal teams and vendors when necessary. Maintain accurate ticket documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles and support documentation. Support iOS, Windows, macOS, cloud applications, MFA, SSO, and other business-critical technologies. Help improve system performance, standardize shop technology environments, and identify process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of IT Support, Help Desk, Service Desk, or Desktop Support experience. Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues. Knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and cloud-based applications. Familiarity with ticketing systems and incident management processes. Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and participate in an on-call rotation.
Preferred Qualifications:
CompTIA A+ certification. Experience supporting POS systems, payment processing, loyalty platforms, or retail technology environments. Knowledge of
LAN/WAN/VPN
