We're looking for a Lead IT Specialist to join a growing nonprofit organization in Kern County. Why You'll Want to Join Direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits Career advancement and professional development Opportunity to lead IT projects and process improvements Supportive, collaborative leadership team Community involvement and volunteer opportunities Positive, employee-focused culture What You'll Do Take the lead on IT projects, upgrades, and process improvements Support and maintain network, server, data center, and site technology environments Participate in the full lifecycle of IT solutions, including planning, design, deployment, support, and optimization Provide advanced technical support across networks, systems, telecommunications, and applications Help ensure the availability, reliability, performance, and security of critical systems Troubleshoot escalated technical issues and serve as a resource to other team members Partner with leadership to identify opportunities to improve technology and IT operations What We're Looking For 3+ years of professional IT experience Strong experience with Windows and Microsoft technologies Strong networking, systems administration, and troubleshooting skills Experience taking ownership of technical projects Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities A proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements #LI-EM1 #
