IT Implementation Engineer - WMS/FMS/OMS Unis, LLC - 2.7 Buena Park, CA Job Details Full-time $70,000 - $75,000 a year 2 hours ago Qualifications Systems integration Data Integration (Data management) Project management experience in technology Software implementation Enterprise solutions implementation SQL Bachelor's degree EDI transactions for logistics Implementing IT solutions Project stakeholder communication Cross-functional communication Order fulfillment Production troubleshooting Database software proficiency Full Job Description Overview We are seeking an experienced IT Implementation Engineer to lead the implementation, integration, and support of enterprise Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation/Freight Management Systems (TMS/FMS), and Order Management Systems (OMS) within our growing 3PL organization. In this role, you will partner with Operations, IT, Engineering, Customer Success, and customers to successfully deploy technology solutions that support warehouse operations, transportation, and order fulfillment. You will play a critical role in customer onboarding, system integrations, process optimization, and production support. Responsibilities Participate in WMS, TMS/FMS, and OMS implementation projects from requirements gathering through production go-live. Configure system workflows, business rules, and operational processes. Support customer onboarding, warehouse startups, and transportation implementations. Design, test, and troubleshoot integrations with ERP, EDI, APIs, customer systems, and carrier platforms. Execute system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), data validation, and production deployments. Collaborate with Operations and IT to resolve production issues and improve system performance. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field. 2+ years of experience implementing WMS, TMS/FMS, or OMS platforms in a 3PL, logistics, or supply chain environment. Strong understanding of warehouse, transportation, and order fulfillment operations. Experience with APIs, EDI, SQL, and system integrations. Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and project management skills. Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders. Preferred Requirements Experience with platforms such as Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Körber/HighJump, SAP EWM, MercuryGate, McLeod, Oracle OTM, Descartes, or Extensiv. Experience with REST APIs, XML/JSON, Microsoft SQL Server, Power BI, and cloud technologies. Familiarity with warehouse automation technologies and transportation integrations. Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, or workflow automation platforms to improve implementation efficiency. Skills WMS TMS exp OMS API's EDI
