Computer Technician/Pro Audio

Job Overview We are looking for someone with a good basic knowledge of computers and networking to help us maintain and deploy our fleet of computerized and networked sound systems. Some knowledge or interest in pro audio is a +, as we are also planning on the candidate being able to help us update, maintain, and prep for deployment our digital sound consoles too.

Duties:

Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and and audio networks. (mostly Macs) Assist with keeping digital sound consoles updated,help with their preparation for deployment, and asssit with post use deprep from use. Assist with inventory check-out and scan back via our inventory system. Keep all the various software up-to date and consistent between units.

Knowledge:

Any computer knowledge is helpful. We use Macs and lots of AV-Centric software such as: Dante Controller, Pro Tools, Waves, L-acoustics Network Manager, Milan Manager Managing multiple network connections on a mac via Vlans would be a helpful skill. We are open and flexible to a schedule, could be part-time for full- time. Our normal hours are M-F 9-6.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
