Required Skills & Experience Qualifications- Associate's degree in Information Systems or related field (or equivalent experience); May apply if you are a current student pursuing your degree.
- 0-3 years of experience in ERP systems, IT support.
- Experience with any ERP system is a plus (not required) Skills & Competencies
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy
- Good communication skills (ability to work with non-technical users)
- Comfortable learning new systems and technologies
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (filters, formulas, data organization)
- Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business applications
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Basic networking knowledge (Wi-Fi, VPN, printers) Nice to Have Skills & Experience Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
- Exposure to Acumatica or other cloud ERP platforms
- Familiarity with manufacturing or distribution environments
- Basic understanding of business processes a plus (inventory, accounting, manufacturing, or order management preferred)
- Experience with ticketing systems or IT support tools
- Exposure to helpdesk or technical support environment Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior ERP System Administrator / IT Helpdesk Support to assist with day-to-day ERP operations and provide basic IT helpdesk support.
- Provide first-level support for ERP users (troubleshooting issues, answering questions)
- Assist with data entry, data cleanup, and data validation across modules
- Support daily operational tasks such as order processing, inventory updates, and reporting
- Document processes, workflows, and system procedures
- Assist in testing system changes, updates, and new features
- Collaborate with departments (Customer Service, Inventory, manufacturing, sales) to resolve system-related issues
- Provide basic technical support for end users
- Set up and configure user workstations, printers, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, and connectivity issues
- Monitor incoming support tickets and escalate issues when needed
Compensation:
