Our client, a leading technology solutions provider, is seeking a IT Support Specialist ll to join their team. As a IT Support Specialist ll, you will be part of the ProIT department supporting Solutions Helpdesk. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Implement and support MFP software applications. Support and understand Microsoft related technologies: Windows Server, SharePoint, Office365, Group Policy. Provide technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security. Execute print driver setup and best practices. Oversee remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services, or Citrix. What's Needed? High School Diploma or GED required; Associates Degree / Bachelors Degree preferred. 2-4 Years in the IT field or work-related experience. A valid driver's license and good driving record is a must. Very strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential, alongside strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. Excellent customer service skills is a must for this position.
