The IT Helpdesk Technician will provide timely and effective technical support to employees, helping minimize downtime and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position will assist users with technical issues related to computer hardware, software, operating systems, printers, network equipment, and business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent customer service abilities, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical users. Experience with Service Desk ticketing systems and remote support tools is preferred.

Compensation:

$22.00 Key Responsibilities Respond to employee IT support requests via ticketing system, phone, email, and in person. Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, computers, printers, network equipment, and software. Provide remote technical support and application assistance. Manage, prioritize, document, and resolve helpdesk tickets. Escalate complex technical issues when necessary. Maintain IT hardware/software inventory and assist with system updates, backups, and antivirus. Provide professional customer service and clear communication to users. Perform other IT-related duties as assigned. Qualifications 1-2 years of IT support, helpdesk, or desktop support experience. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, computers, printers, and network equipment. Experience supporting non-technical users and using ticketing/Service Desk systems. Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or as part of a team. ERP/MRP experience is a plus. Desktop Support experience is a plus. CompTIA A+ certification is a plus. Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred but not required.
