Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements 2-4 years of experience supporting Windows OS PC's Experience with troubleshooting hardware issues and replacing hardware on both desktop and laptop PC's. Experience installing software, patches, and updates on desktops, laptops, and servers. Competent in assisting employees daily to support Helpdesk tickets. Experience troubleshooting basic network, software, and printing problems. Knowledge of creating images for the current Corporate Platform. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
