Job Description
- Manage help desk tickets from intake through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up, documentation, and customer service.
- Provide technical support for end users, desktop systems, Microsoft technologies, and common business applications.
- Assist with remote server support, troubleshooting, basic maintenance, and escalation coordination as needed.
- Support databases and reporting tools, including SQL and MS Access-related troubleshooting.
- Help evaluate, support, or troubleshoot AI tools and applications used within the organization.
- Communicate clearly with users, technical teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain service continuity. Compensation and Benefits

- $35/hour

Schedule:
Full-time, Monday through Friday.- Work arrangement: In-office Required Qualifications and Skills
- Manage help desk tickets, user support requests, issue tracking, and resolution documentation.
- Provide remote server support and troubleshooting assistance for technical operations.
- Support SQL, MS Access, Microsoft technologies, and related business applications.
- Assist with AI tools and applications used in day-to-day business or technical workflows.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in IT help desk, desktop support, technical support, or a similar IT service role.
- Experience with help desk ticketing systems and service request management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Windows environments and common productivity tools.
- Experience with SQL and MS Access for database support, troubleshooting, reporting, or application support.
- Familiarity with remote server support concepts and basic infrastructure troubleshooting.
- Interest in or experience supporting AI tools, automation tools, or emerging workplace technologies.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical users.
- Reliable, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working full-time in an office environment. Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting users or systems in a government, public sector, or regulated environment.
- Ability to prioritize multiple support requests while maintaining strong service levels.
- Experience documenting recurring issues, creating knowledge base content, or improving help desk processes.
- Broad technical curiosity and willingness to learn new tools, applications, and support workflows.
