Who you'll be supporting: Employees across T-Mobile authorized retailer stores and headquarters locations throughout the United States. How you'll provide support: Our team leverages remote control and cloud management tools to provide support through our ticketing platform, email, voice, messaging, and/or video. Onsite support is provided when necessary. Technology you'll support: Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Calendar) VoIP Phones Network equipment (Internet/WiFi) Surveillance equipment User Credentials (e.g. password resets) Endpoints (Windows PCs, Thin Clients) Mobility (iOS, Android) POS equipment (credit card terminals)

Basic Technical Qualifications:

Computer hardware

• Familiarity with all computer components Networking concepts
• Basic understanding of Ethernet, routers, switches, access points, etc Remote control tools
• Prior experience with remote control Cloud management tools
• Familiarity with centralized monitoring/configuration Command Line
• Basic command line proficiency (e.

g. ability to ping) Additional requirements: Ability to travel (by flights or vehicle) as needed A valid driver's license for occasional company vehicle use Ability to lift ~50 lbs (printers, displays, etc) The ideal candidate: Enjoys working with others, even during high-stress situations Strong ability to provide remote guidance and technical instruction Excellent organization with a commitment to notes/documentation Easily adapts to and works with new software and hardware
