$35-$55/hour DOE Temporary position We are seeking an IT Support Specialist with strong Epicor ERP experience for a growing manufacturing company in Orange County.

Requirements:

Must be local to Orange County, CA 2+ years of IT support experience Strong experience supporting Epicor ERP Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 Experience with Active Directory, hardware support, and troubleshooting Manufacturing environment experience preferred

Responsibilities:

Provide desktop and technical support for end users Support Windows workstations, laptops, printers, and mobile devices Manage user accounts and permissions in Active Directory and Microsoft 365 Troubleshoot network, VPN, and connectivity issues Support Epicor ERP users across multiple departments Assist with Epicor reports, dashboards, BAQs, upgrades, and troubleshooting Support shop floor technology including barcode scanners and production terminals Assist with system improvements, data accuracy, and process enhancements
