You will respond to phone, email, and incident requests; troubleshoot hardware, software, endpoint, and system issues; document support activity; and partner with users to deliver timely and professional service. In this role, you will: Receive, prioritize, document, and resolve end-user support requests by phone, email, and incident management channels. Troubleshoot desktop, notebook, software, hardware, peripheral, and endpoint device issues. Install and configure user systems, software, hardware, and peripherals. Support IT onboarding for new employees, including endpoint and access-related needs. Record, track, and document support actions through final resolution. Escalate issues through defined processes and partner with other departments or IT resources as needed. Assist with technology rollouts, system updates, endpoint support, and department projects. Communicate clearly with users to understand expectations, provide updates, and deliver a positive support experience. Support the IT team with additional technical tasks, projects, and operational needs.
